“Very nice and clean updated place for the price for that area. You could walk to many places if you wish. The only thing I would mention is that there is only parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway and no street parking near the house. It was very quiet on the canal with lots of fish to watch if you can stand the heat out on the lanai. No TV's in the bedrooms just 1 decent in the LR which takes some figuring out. Ceiling fans all around keep it nice and cool you control the temperature. GuestGeek's were very good with communication. I would recommend for guests or family of people who live in the PGI area.”

“We had a lovely stay- the screen porch was a welcome retreat at the end of the day. We spotted many local birds and a few fins breaking the water surface, most likely tapin. The onsite laundry was a life saver and the beds were heavenly. We would definitely book again!”

“I came to FL to spend time with my father in hospice. With the uncertainty of how long I would need a place, Chris was an accommodating host and worked with me. Since the house has a dock, my family and I stayed on it from morning to night catching the sunrise and sunset while fishing (there are rods in the garage, but my brother traveled with his). Everything about the stay (communication, location, neighbors, and amenities, etc.) was exactly what I needed during a difficult time. I felt right at home and had everything I needed - including shopping centers and restaurants.”
