“We had a lovely stay- the screen porch was a welcome retreat at the end of the day. We spotted many local birds and a few fins breaking the water surface, most likely tapin. The onsite laundry was a life saver and the beds were heavenly. We would definitely book again!”

“I came to FL to spend time with my father in hospice. With the uncertainty of how long I would need a place, Chris was an accommodating host and worked with me. Since the house has a dock, my family and I stayed on it from morning to night catching the sunrise and sunset while fishing (there are rods in the garage, but my brother traveled with his). Everything about the stay (communication, location, neighbors, and amenities, etc.) was exactly what I needed during a difficult time. I felt right at home and had everything I needed - including shopping centers and restaurants.”

“Very nice and quiet townhome. Newly renovated and updated. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in. Back porch is nice for coffee in the mornings and there is decent fishing in the canal behind the house. Can definitely watch Tarpon and other wildlife break top water feeding and swimming through. Very nice owner who lives in the area.”
